| 内容記述 | Mura-yaku is one of offices in a village. This is a specific duty to be fulfilled by an inhabitant without remuneration, in general. Last year we carried out mainly interview researches about this Mura-yaku and we described in the previous paper that there were many kinds and number of Mura-yaku in a village. Mura-yaku have played very important roles to integrate public order of a village society, to consolidate inhabitants, and to run a village as a community. However, nowadays the reformation of Mura-yaku system is urgent need to brake depopulation and to prevent disruption of a village society. After the interview research we carried out the questionnaire research to find effective view points to reform Mura-yaku. As a results, we found following view points are effective to consider reformation of Mura-yaku, 1. to follow the aging, 2. to follow the depopulation, 3. to request administrative follows, and 4. to change the consciousness of the village people towards various traditional events. |
