And for leaf vegetables, the contents were 28.0mg / 100g of spinach and 52.6mg / 100g of komatsuna.\n(2) For potatos and lotus roots among, the root crops examind, the L-AsA content was higher in the central part than the outer part. The ratio of its content in the central part to that in the outer was 1.32 for the products immediately after harvest and 1.16 for those 4 months later, Whereas these ratios for lotus root were 1.45 and 1.27, respectivety. And its content of the central part was lower than that of the outer part, 0.82~0.90 for sweet potato and 0.77~0.91 for Japanese radish. \n(3) Regarding the distribution of L-AsA in leaf vegetables, its content was highest in the central part.
