Reasons of this can be pointed out as increasing number of divorced and/or ummarried mothers and empowering feminism affect to social welfare fields. However, taking feminism perspective at poverty research doesn’t mean simply taking female–headed family issues only. The fact that gender issue causes women’s poverty, must be recognized at the first.
