Subjects were divided into three groups according to their attributes on weight reduction : there were 16 students who practiced the behavior toward weight reduction in the first group ; 15 students who were satisfied with their present weight in the second one ; 51 students who desired to lose their weight, but did not practice it in the third one. In the first group, the subjects ingested a smaller amount of lipid intake than did in the others significantly (P<0.05) ; the proportion of adequate protein intake (above the Japanese dietary allowance) and that of excessive fat intake (above 25% in fat energy ratio) were 37.5% and 50.0%, respectively, and were lower than those in the others significantly (P<0.05) ; and there was a significant correlation between energy intake and consumption (P<0.05). In the second group, meets, fats and oils were much intake significantly, as compared with those in the first one. In the third group, all food groups indicated a significant correlation (P<0.01) between the amount and frequency of intake for 3 days, though 5 or 6 food groups did not indicate it in the others.}, pages = {37--46}, title = {女子短大生の食生活と生活活動状況に及ぼす減量行動の影響}, volume = {46}, year = {1991}, yomi = {ヒロタ, ナオコ and フジサワ, エツコ} }
