The results obtained were as follows.\n1) The content of total ash was 0.04~0.15% (mean 0.09%). Those of calcium (Ca), iron (Fe) and phosphorus (p) were 3.5~8.5mg / 100g (mean 5.76mg / 100g), 0.3~2.0mg / 100g (mean 0.93mg / 100g) and about 5mg / 100g, respectively.
