Most infants sucked milk with mandibular movements and actions of the muscle temporalis, but a few bottle-feeding infants did without such movements. After 6.5 months of age, more than 65% of infants were willing to eat weaning food. Average times required for eating were about 5 min. at 5.0 months, about 10-15 min. at 5.5 to 7.0 months of age, about 20 min. at 7.5 to 9.0 months of age, about 25 min. at 9.5 months. At 10.5 months, all infants could bring a part of the meal into their mouths, and 77% of infants could bring most or all the weaning foods into their mouths at 12.0 months. There was much inter-individual variation in intakes of milk by bottle and cup, and also of weaning food, and in times required for eating, but the future large-number survey is needed to confirm such variation.}, pages = {91--99}, title = {乳児の哺乳および摂食機能の発達 : 食欲, 摂取量, 手づかみ食べに着目して}, volume = {56}, year = {2001}, yomi = {ナカザワ, ヒロコ} }
